as I said I have 13 sitemap xml but not the sitemap_index

What happens if you go to the Dashboard >> SEO >> General and hover over You can find your XML Sitemap here: XML Sitemap

It’s working fine. The url artiescarti.it/sitemap_index.xml generates the sitemap index, so this is the url you should submit to GWT (with either https:// or www. )
