Sitelinks on google not move to area

    On languages not English, like Russian or Hebrew or Arabic,

    The Sitelinks on Google not move to the specific area, but to the top on the page – the hash + after – not moves to the area. They link not working and the user enter to read the top of the article, as the main link.

    This works ok on English, but not on other languages.
