Sitelinks

I have both Yoast SEO and Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP plugins installed. I enabled “Sitelinks Search Box” in the later, but in recent days I could see the number of pages with Sitelinks plummets.

So now, I’ve disabled Yoast SEO compatibility and Sitelinks search box in the plugin, and it works again, but I have two “Articles” entries now @ https://search.google.com/test/rich-results?id=r0WW_S6Xv6GZPh15CHFzbg
Would that cause issues? Is there a way to keep Yoast SEO compatibility enabled and still get the Sitelinks code in the page?
