- When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear.
- Do you see any warnings or errors when checking yourSite Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.
The above would be useful to hep determine the cause. Note also that issues related to the WordPress REST API are not Site Kit specific. In order to resolve this we need to determine the cause, with Site Kit depending on the WordPress REST API as many other plugins do. You’ll see possible causes of this error in this fixing WordPress thread, or on this guide.
Please do share the information requested above and I can then provide some troubleshooting suggestions, which may include checking your hosting configurations, using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to determine possible conflicts, or reviewing your htaccess file.
