Thanks for reaching out. Hopefully we can determine the cause and ensure Site Kit works as expected for you. If you’d like to share the below information we can hopefully determine the cause:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboards from a Chrome browser incognito window please share any browser console errors that appear.
    3. Do you recall any changes made to your WordPress site since this started to occur? This may include configuration changes with other plugins, plugin updates or the installation of other plugins.

Once we have the above information we can provide some troubleshooting steps using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

    I have the same problem.

@csbrain Just following up with you to check whether the same issue persists? If so can you share the details requested above and we can investigate this further?

@csbrain @wpstudent Just to keep you updated on this Registration Magic have confirmed they’ll have a fix for this in an upcoming release, with more details on this in the GitHub issue below. The particular error is as a result of a Google Charts library conflict:
    https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/4235

As the fix is applicable on their side I’ll close this support topic feel free to reach to the Registration Magic team from their support forums for any updates.

@csbrain @wpstudent Just letting you know that we have a mini plugin temporary solution which you can use in order to ensure you can view your Site Kit dashboards as expected, while keeping the RegistrationMagic plugin active. You’ll find this below:
    https://gist.github.com/jamesozzie/d4500b6b614bcbe28f36c09ef3488662

Once the RegistrationMagic team make the necessary updates to their plugin this mini plugin will no longer be required.

Let us know if you have any questions with the above.

    Hi @csbrain

The Registration Magic have provided a fix for this in their latest plugin version, 5.0.2.2.

Please upgrade to this latest version. After doing so the error previously reported will no longer occur.

If you were using the mini plugin proposed above as a temporary fix this is no longer required after updating to the latest version of Registration Magic.
