Hello, whenever I try to enter the SiteKit’s dashboard, my webiste crashes to the point I have to reboot the server.

The dashboard screen never finishes to load: https://nimb.ws/D3J5cL

This error appears on my log when I try to enter the dashboard. Don’t know if it is related:

Thanks for reaching out. Hopefully we can assist. Along with the log files which you kindly shared can you share the following, which may help determine the cause:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Do you see any browser console errors on your primary Site Kit dashboard? (Skip this if you prefer not to check – given this breaks your site)
    3. Has the plugin worked for you normally previously? If so do you recall any changes made?

After sharing the above you may wish to follow the steps below, which can help rule out any third party plugin, theme related or browser related conflicts.

    1. Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    5. Check does the same occur when visiting your Site Kit dashboards

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

Many thanks for sharing. Unfortunately we’re unable to login to users sites. As nothing stands out from inspecting the details within your Site Health information can you performed the troubleshooting steps above and share whether the same dashboard issue occurs?

You will see it clearly if you login. Let me know if you need additional credentials.

@brmartinez Unfortunately we’re unable to login to users sites, as per www.remarpro.com forum guidelines. Let me know if you are able to perform the checks above, it would be great to know if the same occurs while using the plugin in troubleshooting mode.

Many thanks for sharing. It looks like some of the Site Kit related scripts are blocked somehow. As the “Is not a valid JSON response” error is a generic WordPress error that doesn’t provide too much insights can you share the following:

    1. Do you see any errors or warnings when checking your Site Health status (which differs to your Site Health information)
    2. If you temporarily deactivate the PageSpeed Insights module and check your dashboard using a Chrome browser incognito window does the same error appear? (I ask as some Ad Blockers can result in the AdSense dashboards not working as expected)

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

@brmartinez Checking in here – are you still having trouble? Thanks!

    Yes, sitekit’s reports says this:

An error occurred while running 'mapSelect': Cannot read properties of null (reading 'getReport')
The error may be correlated with this previous error:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'getReport')

Thanks for the update, very useful insights. Based on the above it looks like this appears when using the Site Kit admin toolbar. Can you confirm whether any issues remain when using the primary Site Kit dashboard? If so have you been able to perform the check above using the Health Check & troubleshooting plugin? I’ve added the steps below:

    5. Attempt to view your Site Kit dashboard once more while also checking the Site Kit admin toolbar

Let me know how you get on with the above checks, whether the errors you’re reporting remain. We need to determine if the errors you’re encountering are related, while checking both the admin toolbar and the Site Kit dashboard from your wp-admin panel.

@brmartinez I see you’ve created a new topic regarding console errors, which are likely related to this issue. We’ll discuss further with you there and mark this topic as resolved. Thanks!
