Hello @rajeevbagra2025 thanks for getting in touch. Currently when viewing https://www.cloudostop.com I can see that Site Kit is activated and has placed the Analytics code UA-*****6736-15. This looks to be linked to cloudostop.com is that correct?

It looks like you can view this data from Site Kit from the screenshot you have provided.

You do not have access to the account, property, or view. Contact an Analytics administrator who has the Manage Users permission.

Could I ask please where you are seeing this message? Is this in Site Kit and if so where in Site Kit or is this on the Analytics website?

The message is on Analytics website.

I will check with the UA number that you have provided tomorrow since my smartphone now has poor connection.

@rajeevbagra2025 The email linked to your WordPress account you are logged in with needs to have access to the connected Analytics property. Please ensure that you are using the same email account for your WordPress account and your Analytics portal.

As mentioned, currently Site Kit has placed the Analytics code UA-*****6736-15 on the site. If you could check that you have access to this and if not you will need to request that access from an account with administrator rights to it.

Let me know how your checks go.

Initially, this WordPress site was connected with domain name startupaws.xyz and Site Kit was activated during that time. Few months back, connected with domain cloudostop.com. But it appears that GA is tracked still by startupaws.xyz and there is no change in domain name there despite disconnecting and reconnecting with SiteKit.

It appears there is a subsection formed. While connecting GA with Flippa, I first selected startupaws.xyz (UA XXXX-15). Next, I was shown a number of options that include cloudostop.com (https://www.canva.com/design/DAE4fUPc8YQ/fAfVQRlijjx8QPa5egl1wg/watch?utm_content=DAE4fUPc8YQ&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link&utm_source=sharebutton). All these choices were due to these domains connected with the WordPress instance at some point earlier.

@rajeevbagra2025 We are only limited to support for the Site Kit plugin here so won’t be able to help you with the setup through Flippa. For that you will have to reach out to them.

If your Site Kit is still not connected to the correct property or displaying the correct property then have you tried a Site Kit reset? You can do this by going to Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit.

As mentioned before you will need to have the permissions to be able to access the data for the domain you’re trying to view so if you are still getting the “You do not have access to the account” when going to Analytics then you need to request that.

Hope this helps but please do let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks for the support. My purpose is met as I am able to connect the website with Flippa as part of GA integration.

@rajeevbagra2025 No problem at all and glad to hear you have managed to get this set up.
