    Hi,

So the website is full optimized, but i’m having the challenge with sitekit.
What is activated is Search Console & Analytics. Adsense is not needed.

But when i deactivate sitekit i get a google pagespeed(mobile) in 95+ and that’s great offcourse. But activated is decreased significantly and drops to a 70+.
I understand that every external resource could drop the pagespeed a little, but 25% sounds a bit steep with an product of Google itself.

Are there any things i can look at?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for getting in touch, and nice site. When you choose to implement Analytics on your website via Site Kit kit or manually by placing the snippets as you mentioned there are requests made to the Analytics service. Site Kit only facilitates the insertion of these snippets, with the plugin itself not adding any frond end code or features that impact performance.

If you’re performing some tests I would suggest performing tests also while manually inserting the Analytics snippets (with Site Kit deactivated). While implementing any analytics or tracking services can make a difference in PageSpeed Insights measurements there are no additional requests made when using Site Kit to insert your snippet, compared to manually inserting the Analytics scripts.

The Analytics products experts at the respective Help Center should also be able to assist better than we can be in plugin support for any queries relating to Analytics impact on site performance.

    Hi James,

Thanks! Getting there with the site ??

We will look if it makes a difference in using the API key ourselfs vs sitekit.
If there is a big difference i will post it here as an FYI. If its minor difference, the same issue is still at hand and we will use the Help Center!

Anyway thaks for the support and quick reply!

No problem at all, and yes, be sure to post your findings.
