• We’ve delt with Siteground since 2016. Still considered new-bies, but they have been fairly quick and helpful dealing with issues that have come up with us. We’ve used the online chat most often and they have been very helpful through that process. Their advice has been helpful and they will give it when asked. I can’t speak to other providers, but we have been happy with their service and will continue to use them into the future. Thanks guys!

    Update: In the past year (2023), SG seems to have done something to email functionality to their platform. My Mailster plugin is now getting held up, by the memcache. I’ve notice also that they are promoting their own email service.
