I found a plugin conflict between Woocommerce and the Siteground Optimizer plugins. When going to the checkout page on this clients site, the credit card fields were not showing up in the payment type. I tried changing the theme to the standard Storefront theme and that didn’t rectify the problem. I then proceeded to deactivate plugins one by one until I found the conflict. I don’t know the specific error but disabling the Siteground Optimizer plugin fixed the issue I was having. The link I gave above is the checkout page with Siteground Optimizer disabled. When it was enabled, you would see a radio button with the add payment option but the credit card fields never showed up so you could enter the information. If you have any questions about this, please let me know and I will provide more information for troubleshooting.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello, @artescapes,

I have tested our plugin with brand new WordPress and fresh WooCommerce and the issue wasn’t present, this leads me to believe you use additional WooCommerce-related plugin/s. Keep in mind that our plugin includes several different optimization features and there are options to exclude scripts/files that are not fully compatible with them if needed. Additionally, our plugin supports custom filters in case the default exclude features are not sufficient:

Enable the available optimizations one by one and take a look at which one causes the issue. Use the general exclude options to exclude the scripts of the additional plugins.

As the forums guidelines would like to avoid posting personal details and website specifics consider contacting our help desk if the website is hosted with us and you still need our assistance.

    Best Regards,

Same issue… disabled SiteGround Optimizer and credit card box reappeared on mobile devices.

EDIT: After further trial and error, Disabling this specific option in SG Optimizer resolved the issue:
    Defer Render-blocking JavaScript
