I just hit “send to analysis” on twenty files in a Security & Malware Scan.
    They were flagged as critical.
I believe the problem is simply that they do not belong to the tested website.

SiteGround’s file systems has subdomains in the same area as the master domain.
    https://www.example.come … /public_html/
20 critical errors reported in subdomain file system folders
    sub1.example.com … /public_html/sub1/
1 critical error, that is not included in above list
    sub2.example.com … /public_html/sub2/
test subdomain — scanner not installed

You may want to allow an option to not scan certain subfolders.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello, @sakshale

    Thank you for your request.

Yo can re-store quarantined files from the folder:

    YOUR_WEBSITE_ROOT\security-malware-firewall\quarantine

Speaking of the possibility to add the option that may exclude some folders from scanning, please give us 1-2 days to discuss it with the team.

Sigh — That was not what I asked about.

https://www.example.com — is reporting bad files that “belong” to sub1.equoria.com

sub1.equoria.com doesn’t find anything wrong with those files.

I have not deleted anything, given that nothing appears to be broken, except your weekly report.

I will open an internal, non-Wordpress ticket.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
