SiteBuilders vs PageBuilders

  • Hello,

    What is the difference between Site Builders and Page Builders? Just more features in Site Builders?

    Some themes have global settings. I can create a block. Then re-use it through the entire site. If I need to modify that block through the entire site, I can do it from one place. Still, they are called themes, not site builders. It appears I can build and manage the entire site with a theme like that. Am I missing something?

    I am thinking of re-building my site. It was made by a developer with the use of Gutenberg, a theme and a site builder. Too many layers. Trying to make the site leaner and more responsive.
