sitebar is sometimes not displayed

This is different, partly for individual contributions, partly for the category view and partly for the taxonomy view.

If everything is set correctly in the Costomizer, it is not displayed on the live page.

I there, next Proteo version, expected for this week, should add strict conditions to sidebar display. And should solve this sporadic issues
