site.xy refused to connect

    I use your “Headers Security Advanced & HSTS WP” plugin for my website in addition to All In One WP Security.
    Everything up to date.
    I encounter a situation: when the plugin is activated, and I want to do an audit of how it looks on other devices, the audit shows: “site.xy refused to connect.”

    It may be security issues with bots, but this prompts me to raise the issue, because depending on the policy of the internet provider in my country, there are (many) people who cannot access my website.
    By the way, scan with csper.io and hstspreload.org, csp-evaluator.withgoogle.com anyway it shows more gaps even so.
    How could this be resolved?
