Site Working on my machine but not others

    I have a wordpress site that I am able to access on my machine in Safari, firefox & opera, and on my iOS Devices (iPad & iPhone) with no problem but the client (who is in another state) is unable to access the site. They get server not found error. I remotely logged onto their machines and reset their browsers and still got the same error. I have tried accessing this site from a friends machine in another state and it works just fine. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Are they on a network? How about their firewall? Internet provider? Can you post a link?

    I just confirmed that the site is working via a Machine in Los Angeles and another in Minneapolis so I think you are correct that it is a firewall issue on their end. I appreciate the speedy response.

    Routers are sometimes at fault.

    Please let us know when you find out.

    The problem indeed ended up being their router. They power cycled the router and the problem was solved. Thanks again for your help.
