Site wont load on some ISPs, but loads on others

  • Site built on WP loads fine with some ISPs. With others, it loads only occasionally and usually just times out. Has happened with multiple ISPs. Domain and WP hosted by same company, which says it’s ISP problem. No way to determine all of the ISPs that are not loading the site. It often loads 1x and then later doesn’t load. 0 issues with domain, 0 issues with prior site host. What can be done to fix this?

  • Change your hoster. Even if they say it’s the ISP’s job, it’s probably your hoster’s IPs or routing to them that is the problem. Overall, this is not an issue for WordPress as software, which is why this forum can hardly help you.
