Site won’t let me upgrade plugins or WP to 4.7…

  • I’m not able to upgrade the site or plugins directly via the Dashboard. I’ve deactivated all my plugins. My wp_user_level is 10 in the database. wp_capabilities = administrator. Is there any other place I should be looking?
