Site Wont display properly..Localhost Promlem

After uploading this site though bellhosting.ca, I realized that the page is a complete mess and is missing all styling. After conuslting with bell tech support, they told me the problem was due to the css being linked back to localhost which runs the site on my computer. How do I change this to make my site function normally?, any help would be great.
