Site within multisite showing white blank page

    Hi,
    We love your firewall, and use it on dozens of sites. We are having an issue that just arose on one of our multi-sites. One of the sub-sites on the multi site is showing a blank white page when the firewall is enabled. Disabling allows the site to come back. Also, the entire network is performing noticeably more slowly with the firewall enabled. This doesn’t typically happen. Any idea what might be going on here? We have 2 servers behind a load balancer…we are using the HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR for the IP. I checked and there are no IPs blacklisted. Not sure what else I should be checking?

    With blank pages you’ll normally have errors showing in your error logs. I’d need to see those to have an idea.

    You could also review the Audit trail to see if something is blocked there.

    As to performance, can you narrow down which specific sub-feature of the plugin is enabled when it’s running more slowly? I assume you’ve tried disabling and renabling the plugin and then testing speed, and also testing with and without caching plugins running?
