Site with Multiple Domains Only Works for One

    WP Live Chat plugin is working on my primary domain name. However, if a user gets to my site using an alternate domain name (e.g. cname), WP Live Chat doesn’t launch.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    Unfortunately the plugin requires the front and back end domains to match due to security purposes. Are you currently using the basic version only, or the Pro on your site as well?

    I’ll see what I can do about working around this for you but need to know which version is currently being used ??
