I keep getting this error since the latest update:
Please check your primary site’s Jetpack connection. wp-admin
@matthewcparson You seem to be running into a different issue. Could you contact us via this form, so we can look into this with you and help you fix it?

I did select the 9.1 but when trying to upload it to WordPress it says “unknown upload error”. I seem to be really stuck with this.
@chiliandtonic If you want to install a previous version of the plugin, you’ll first need to log in to your site via FTP or CPanel, and delete the existing Jetpack plugin folder.
You’ll find that folder here:
wp-content
plugins
jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER
Only once you’ve removed the previous version of the plugin will you be able to upload the version you’ve downloaded from www.remarpro.com here.
If you’re not sure how to do all this, you can ask your hosting company for help. They should also have documentation explaining how to edit or remove files from your site using FTP or a File Manager in your admin panel.
Let me know how it goes.
I’ve tried the snippets solution and have activated the snippet for the entire site, but when I try to activate Jetpack 9.2, I continue to get the error. I’ve not used Code Snippets before – is there another step I need to complete to make that work?
@freilinger42 For the code snippet to work, you would need to save and activate it. The Code Snippets plugin offers you a toggle for each one of the snippets saved on your site, allowing you to activate or deactivate them.
When the next update is released will I need to remove the snippet?? Thank you!
@rl2b2017 Once the next version of Jetpack is installed on your site, you will indeed be able to remove the snippet from your site.
