Site will not load include(/wfIPWhitelist.php): failed to open stream: No such f

    I have just gone to update my site today and it will not open, i have spoken with tsohost who told me to restore from a backup, i have tried a few but still nothing and they cannot help although i believe it is a hosting fault as it was fine last time i used it and no updates since.

    the errors are

    I have managed to get into the site after rolling back a week but getting issues with updating plugins
