Site will not load

    Hi everyone,
    I updated to 4.5 no problem. Then I updated Jetpack, even though I know it fights with my Soundcloud is Gold plugin. After the update, I checked the audio files I posted, and sure enough they were broken. I remembered that the issue is needing to replace the functions.php file to include Soundcloud is Gold shortlinks, so I did that, and then my site stopped loading. I realized I copied the file to the Jetpack folder rather than to my theme’s folder (you’re supposed to update the theme) so I deleted the Jetpack folder and restored it from a backup. Still nothing.     The test half of my site https://www.erikpkraft.com/wptest16 is still working fine, so I know I just wrecked some file somewhere. Any thoughts on what it could be?

    Oh, and I can’t login to the admin page either. I can FTP in fine.

    Downloaded WordPress again, copied functions.php from the downloaded wp-includes to my wp-includes directory, and all is well. I need to pay better attention to where I am copying. it’s the THEME that needs updating.
