Site-wide Masonry Issues Introduced by Plugin

Hello,

With this plugin active I’m seeing some masonry errors in my console:
Bad masonry element: null masonry.min.js?ver=3.1.2:1
q masonry.min.js?ver=3.1.2:1
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘children’ of undefined masonry.min.js?ver=3.1.2:1

These are introduced globally on my site – distinctlysidney.ca
Even though the plugin shortcode is only used on a single page. On the page the shortcode is utilized there’s no errors as masonry is initialized properly, but on all other pages without the shortcode we find the errors.

Is there anyway the inclusion of masonry can be conditional, dependant on the use of the shortcode.
