site where you can search people names and download info

    I am trying to do a site where users can upload info about a person and they will be charged a fee for upload and then other users can view that info and if they want to download the info they would be charged a fee.

    how do i set those functions up.
    1 – allowing user to be able to fill out a form and upload pdf and have it visible for other users to view, even non registered user of the site

    2 require payment before able too post

    3 requiring payment for dowloading
    4 having all the uploaded files from all users available for eveyone to view and be able to search and filter the listings

  • I would not expect an answer in this forum. What you are asking is very involved, and if you don’t have the knowledge yourself, you’re probably going to have to hire someone to implement it.
