    Thanks for the report! There are a number of reasons that a site could go down. If you continue to experience issues, I would recommend that you contact your host once again to determine what is causing the downtime.

    It’s worth noting that Jetpack Monitor checks your site every five minutes to see if it is accessible. There are a few reasons that Jetpack may think your site is down:

    – If your site is slow to load, it could trigger a notice that your site is down.

    – Your hosting service may be blocking our monitoring agent.

    We also send a follow up email letting you know how long your site was down or inaccessible. Currently there’s no way to adjust the time that Monitor checks your site – it’s either on or off. If the frequency of notices is bothersome, you can always disable that module on the site by following the instructions here:
