Site was hacked – getting Admin error

I’m working through a hack of my site and I received this message:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home3/rbspto/public_html/wp-load.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php52/lib/php’) in /home3/rbspto/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php on line 31

I just want to make sure my next step is to change my password through phpMyAdmin. Thanks!
