I’m getting a lot of site visits from “Gossamer Threads” in Vancouver, B.C., on urls including https://www.mysite.org/?aj_simulate=defer and https://www.mysite.org/?aj_simulate=async&aj_simulate_jquery=exclude.

Is this Async Javascript testing its performance on my site?

On further investigation, this is likely GTMetrix scanning the site. GTMetrix was developed by Gossamer-Threads.

That’s probably because you were running the wizard in AsyncJS?
