Site Visibility

In this link:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/it says that there are three buttons under Site Visibility Options. However, I don’t have those three but 1. And for weird reason, it’s the 2nd button. I left this uncheck.
Maybe, this explains why my blog post dont show up in google?
