Site Users list not maximizing when clicking

  • I have installed this plugin in my site (mine is a multi site).

    By default “Site Users” list is minimized after activating this plugin. But when I click on the “Site Users” list, it is not maximizing to show the list of users, so that I can chat with available users.

    Is there any solution?
