Site URL not working

    since i did not see your actual site URL….here’s my guess for what is happening.

    under construction message is often from a plugin or a web host “parking page”

    https://www.example.com/wp this might mean that you have WordPress files installed in a subfolder called WP

    check your settings> general in dashboard but use care before making any changes to URL so you don’t lose access
