• Hello.

The problem is with PHP version. The site only works with PHP 5.6 version, but an upgrade is needed to 7.4, because that is the version, that hosting uses.

Could someone please help with that and what would be the cost?

At the moment site redirects to https://cerise.lv/construction/index.html

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi

I note you are effectively asking for hired help to fix the issue, this probably isn’t the right forum for that as support is provided by volunteers in the community.

There are many ‘freelancer’ type websites and ‘wordpress fixing’ services and a quick search you will be able to find paid help.

You can eliminate most issues by ensuring your plugins & theme are up to date.

The issues tend to come from
    1. using very old plugins that are no longer supported – in this case ofen the best option is to work out away of not using that plugin
    2. custom themes, if you theme has been built from scratch there is no real option but to resort to code

In terms of effort, most of the effort is identifying the issue, once identified the changes normally are trivial

It looks like you are using a child theme storefront. Have you updated this theme? I believe woocommerce put the theme out and was last updated January 27, 2021 which is today. It might be some of the code is over-writing the theme original functions. The child themes functions might be outdated. I think the storefront theme as a whole does a good job at keeping their theme up to date.

If you haven’t updated your site try that first. If your still having problems, try to contact the developer of the child theme. If it still a problem try hiring someone to update the code for your child theme.

Your WP and woocommerce versions are quite old. you will need to update WordPress and then update the plugins and themes to make sure the site functionality is working fine.
