Site unreachable

  • Hello folks,
    My site is unreachable. I didn’t do the original setup but to the best of my knowledge it was being hosted by wordpress(?) as we were setting it up. No one has tried to change any of the routing.

    We are not a hosting provider, we simply develop, distribute, and support the WordPress software here.

    Based on the URL, that site is running the WordPress software, but that IP address belongs to AWS: https://whois.whoisxmlapi.com/lookup-report/yVR73YbVRg

    Since it’s not loading at all, as in the request isn’t even completing, you’ll need to speak with your hosting provider’s support about this.

    Maybe you are looking for wordpress.com instead of www.remarpro.com. WordPress.com does host sites where www.remarpro.com simply distributes themes and plugins. Also, your dns might be going though a different company like godaddy. It probably best you check with the person who set your siteup.
