    You can use this CSS code: 

    
.site-title {
  font-family: "Arial Narrow", Arial, sans-serif;  
}

.site-description {
  font-family: "Arial Narrow", Arial, sans-serif;  
}

    Add it to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

    If you want to use Google fonts, use Easy Google Fonts plugin.
