Site title Not Matching Blog name

Hello,

No matter what I enter into the “Site Title” in Settings, the incorrect Blog Name appears. Shouldn’t they match?

My blog is over here. It’s not self-hosted. I’ve deleted my temporary internet files and whatnot, but the Blog Name is still showing incorrectly independent of the Site Title. Help?
