Site title not able to be customed

I currently use Vantage Premium theme and have been unable to update the site title color. I went into the editor and found the css line but it says “inherit” and not sure if I replace it if there will be any issues or if it will make an changes. my current site is on a sub-domain 983.bfd.myftpupload.com. I appreciate any info or advice.
