    With the last version, the site title isn’t shown at the top if there’s isn’t any header picture selected. Same for the slogan.

    This is probably because the site title and description text is white in colour, by default. You can change the colour through:

    WP Admin > Appearance > Customize > Colours > Header Text Colour.

    I had this issue before, it’s not the same thing.
    There’s isn’t event a blank space above my menu. My menu is at the top of the page as you can see in here :

    I’ve set a title, and checked the option to show it but it isn’t there.
