Site Title is Too Big for Mobile Devices

Hello, I use the Albatross Theme and I can’t figure out how to set the site title to adjust based on the device. Currently it is too long for the mobile device and I need it to either wrap to the next line or to automatically get smaller. If anyone knows how to fix this, I would be most appreciative.
