We looked at your given screenshot and the relevant URL https://insanertech.com/how-to-enable-dark-mode-in-facebook-messenger/ and we see that Yoast SEO is generating the SEO title correctly. However, we see that your site name is appearing in the search results.

This is to be expected as Google does this most often for most sites to includes the site name in the search results. We recommend you to improve your SEO title by including the site name.

I have this problem too:
I removed site name and separator from post in settings.
but that just appeal for newer post and not applied for all posts that i published before.
i think we need a option for rewrite titles.
