Site Title Image Mobile Transform Issues

Hi guys,

I was wondering if someone could please help me out with making an image mobile friendly. I have been able to successfully make it so that when someone is on desktop or mobile, the site title in the header looks good, however, when on mobile, if i turn it to the side, the image is cut. I am not sure how to apply code to make the image transform properly once a mobile is tilted?
