Is there some good plugin for the purpose ?

The problem is that there are so many categories that it won’t fit in the logo-area DIV on one line. Notice that the logo-area has a class of col5, meaning it takes up 5/12 of the space on that row, while the nav menu has a class of col7, meaning it takes up to 7/12 of the space on that row. What you can try doing is moving the logo and the menus into three separate row DIVs, i.e., the logo on top, the category menu under that, then the navigation menu under that, so they can expand across the full width of the content. However, it may be that you still won’t be able to fit everything on one line because of the number of categories that you have.

You can also try creating a widget area in the header and use a Category widget. This will allow you to insert a drop-down list of categories in the header, and that will save on space.
