Site Title and tagline

How do I remove the site title and tagline yet still have the site title, Schaeffer Games show as the title of the page? When I add a site title, it also shows up in the header on the left. If I remove it, the page title ( on the tab) shows up blank.

I would even be happy to forget the header I made and just use that but I can’t find the setting to change the font and colors. This is about the site title, I can see how to generally change font text and color.
