site title and tagline

Try using CSS to position the title and tagline off the graphical page using position:absolute.

ok still a alittle confused it didn’t work or I did something wrong.
In this website shbo-tech.com everything came out ok and I did everything by going to: Setttings; general settings; change site title and tagline

for some reason https://www.teamrealtydelivers.com/ does not work that way

my domain name registered as orgasmicoutlets.net opens in google search, but the page appears without the title and accompanying slogan. How can I enter the title and slogan?

login into your site (for instance https://orgasmicoutlets.net/wp-login.php);
to the dashboard;

then look at the left for the ‘Settings’ tab ..

my site opens upon searching for it in google. My header says ENTER TITLE HERE and the tag line says Enter short tag line here,underneath it. I would like to change these. When I click on these links, nothing happens. I found out that I have to login via the admin panel. But when I try to login via the admin panel at the bottom right of the page to do this, and I enter the username and password provided to me in my welcome to wordpress email send to me; it fails to login and INVALID USER NAME: appears. Tried it so manytimes but doesn’t seem to work..please help
