Site takes long time to load. Some contents are not displayed

Thanks for your reply. Site is https://cityyellowpages.net. issue is it is not loading category widget in home page.
Some files like abuzz.php, index.php, robots.txt, store php, php.ini, plugin.install.php are uploaded recently in main public_html page. Genus.php file uploaded recently in wp-content.

Is this creating the issue.
