site suspended without reason

Hi,
I logged into my wordpress.com [https://chaturvedipreeti.wordpress.com] account today and it could not recognise my password. Then I changed my password and tried to login and it says “Site Suspended”

Please clarify the reason why my blog is suspended ,so I do not repeat the same mistake in future.I inform support also ,but no reply.please guide me about my mistake ,so that I can use wordpress without violating your policy cause i am a big fan of wordpress .
