Site suddenly down and no access to login page

    Hi everyone,

    Since almost two weeks my website is down. I get 404 error from every pages and can’t have access to my login page. My website was working fine until suddenly it goes down. I tried to put the last save of my wordpress instead of the current one but keep getting 404. Also tried to disable plugins. And tried to change the htaccess file.

    Really don’t know what’s going on ! It drives me crazy !
    My website is in a subdirectory in www so when I tape https://www.pierrefelixso.com/www/wp-login.php I can seee a login page (with no graphic just text only) but when I enter my ID and click ok, it redirects me on a 404 error page.

    My host told me to change the root folder but I don’t know why, if it was working properly how can the root folder suddenly had to be changed ?

    Hey guys,

    Just to let you know I solved the problem, it appears I just had to change the root folder as my host told me to do. Removing the . and put www instead. Still don’t know how this problem has occured but now it’s working !
