Site Stuck in Maitenance Mode

I updated my site to wordpress 3.0 this morning, after the update I was upgrading my plugins when the browser crashed. Now my site is stuck on maintenance mode. Is there any way to manually switch off maintenance mode?

I have tried restarting the browser / clearing cache and cookies as that was mentioned in another post but it doesn’t seem to work.
