Site Stuck in maintenance mode on first page only…

    I have used this plugin many, many times… this is the only time it’s ever caused a problem like this though… what is going on?

    I have disabled and removed the plugin completely, but it still shows the seedprod splash page no matter what I do… ???

    Please help!
