Site stuck in "Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance"

    HELP!

    I went to upgrade a plugin and then whilst it was doing that accidentally navigated away form the page.

    My site is now stuck with “Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance” both the front end and if I try and access the admin.

    Please help as a matter of urgency.
