Site structure advice

Hi all. Working my way through the training and have an seo site structure question.

We make videos. Corporate, weddings etc and one of the keywords were looking to rank for is ‘wedding video’. Now, when creating my site structure is it better to have an index category of /video/wedding, /video/corporate or have a category specific for the keyword of /wedding-video/??
